No Love For north carolina

What a day. True to my blog, I got a ticket recently, and went to n.c traffic court for it. Why? When they write you a ticket in n.c. , they tack on a $110.00 court fee. So, since the ticket was only $50.00, the trooper explained if I showed for court, they'd drop the court fee, since that was for legal rep for me in my absence. So we went. I was there at 7:30 a.m. my ticket read 8:00 but I didn't know where I was so I went early. Long story short, They opened the doors at 9:00, got started about fifteen minutes later, and explained to me that they DIDN'T drop court costs. I said if Id known that Idve mailed it in. So about 10:30, I was done, and ready to get out of that God forbidden state. Was I guilty? Yes. 40 in a 20. But Court cost? And a lazy judicial system, people who don't know whats going on in the state they re employed by? I Should bill them for lost time and confusion of how hick law works. Several people told me to look at speed trap .com . Theres supposed to be alot of Franklin n.c. in there. I dont know if its legit, But it is funny.
